Matt lives in the Beach, near Queen Street East, with his wife Becky, their two daughters, and the family dog. Being a neighbour as much as an agent means he knows the streets, the schools, and the everyday rhythm of the area, not just the listings on it.

One of Matt's biggest sources of pride is how many clients come back to him, and send their friends and family his way. He's helped several families buy and sell more than once, sometimes years apart, and he's had the fun of finding homes for a few well-known local faces along the way.

Outside of work, Matt is part of East Enders Who Care, a local charity group, and he's usually the one grilling at home. Winters often mean a family ski trip up to Collingwood.

Whether he's walking a family through their first purchase or advising on an investment property, Matt brings the same approach: clear communication, careful research, and a genuine interest in getting the deal right.
