Meet Claire Chilelli

Claire is a lifelong Beacher with deep roots in Toronto’s East End. She has lived on more than a few streets throughout the neighbourhood, has family ties across the area, and is now raising her own family here with her daughter, Penelope, and Gus, her one eyed, goggle wearing dog.

For Claire, The Beach has always had the best of both worlds. It feels like a small town within a big city. A walk along Queen usually means running into someone you know, summer brings festivals and neighbourhood traditions, and the boardwalk is never far away.

Real estate has been part of Claire’s world for much longer than her career in the industry. Growing up, she was exposed to it through her family and helped manage rental properties, giving her an early understanding of homes, people and everything that comes with a move. What she loves most now is helping clients step into a new chapter and making the process feel less stressful, more enjoyable and worth celebrating.

That people first approach is also what drew her to The Richards Group. She loved the team’s commitment to the community, collaborative culture and strong sense of mentorship. Friends describe Claire as positive, fun and a great listener, with an uncanny ability to remember names, stories and little details shared in passing.

When she is not working, you will probably find her walking along Queen Street, grabbing coffee and something sweet from Jupiter Bakehouse, or spending a Sunday morning at the Leslieville Farmers’ Market in Greenwood Park.
