Meet Leigh Bush

For Leigh Bush, real estate is about more than buying and selling property, it’s about helping people find a place that truly feels like home.

Having grown up in Toronto’s Beaches, Leigh has a deep and personal connection to the East End. After spending time living in communities including the Hollywood Hills and Rosedale, she ultimately returned to the Beaches, where she lives today with her family and beloved dog, Sodapop. With a genuine understanding of the neighbourhoods, streets, schools, businesses, and lifestyle that make the East End special, Leigh brings an authentic local perspective to every client relationship.

Before entering real estate, Leigh spent more than a decade building and operating a successful referral-based Pilates business. Her business was built on long-standing client relationships, personal referrals, and a commitment to providing an exceptional level of service. Managing the business independently also gave her a strong foundation in communication, marketing, organization, and client care, all skills she now brings to her real estate practice.

Leigh understands that a successful real estate experience is about more than the property itself. It requires listening carefully, communicating clearly, anticipating needs, negotiating thoughtfully, and following through on every detail.

She is passionate about creating a personalized, high-touch experience for her clients, whether they are purchasing their first home, making a move within the neighbourhood, downsizing, or looking for the right investment opportunity. Her relationship-driven approach, strong work ethic, and intimate knowledge of Toronto’s East End allow her to guide clients with confidence while making the process feel seamless and personal.

When she’s not working with clients, you’ll likely find Leigh walking through the Beaches with her family, spending time by the lake, or hosting and attending community movie nights in the Beach.
