Matt Olinski

I was born in London, England, and have had the opportunity to call some very different places home—from London and Chicago to St. Catharines and Toronto. Living in cities both large and small has given me a real appreciation for what makes a community special. I love the energy, diversity and endless possibilities that make Toronto & especially the Beaches area such a great place to live & work!

For the past 12 years, I’ve been proud to be part of the Richards Group. I love working with a team of professionals who are just as passionate about helping clients navigate important, often life-changing decisions as I am. To me, real estate is about much more than buying, selling or leasing. It’s about understanding people, building relationships and helping clients make decisions that are right for them.

I particularly love working in Toronto’s East End and Beaches. There’s a genuine sense of community here, along with a unique mix of character, neighbourhoods, green space and waterfront. Being immersed in- and genuinely caring about- the community I work in is an important part of what makes my work so rewarding.

Outside of real estate, I have a lifelong passion for skiing and cycling. I’m a passionate skier and instructor, and in the winter you’ll often find me on the slopes of Collingwood, helping people discover and enjoy this amazing sport. In the warmer months, I’m just as happy on my bike, exploring Toronto’s many cycling paths, neighbourhoods and new riding routes.

For me there’s nothing better than discovering a new riding path, arcing that perfect ski turn or helping a client find that elusive forever home!
