Mark has called The Beach home since 2000 - a move inspired by when he followed his now-wife and business partner, Selene, to the neighbourhood she wasn't willing to leave. Nearly 25 years later, it's still home, and the community he's proud to serve every day.
Before real estate, Mark and Selene ran a successful painting and renovation company, giving him a hands-on understanding of homes that still shapes how he evaluates properties today. He earned his real estate license in July 2006, the same year he and Selene welcomed their first daughter, Brooke, and has spent the two decades since building The Richards Group into a trusted name in the community, in partnership with RE/MAX Hallmark for over 17 years.
Clients know Mark for his sharp market knowledge, skilled negotiation, and near-photographic memory for what's sold on nearly every street in the neighbourhood. Outside of work, Mark and Selene are proud parents to two daughters, and when he's not helping neighbours find their next home, he's likely to be found enjoying the very streets he knows so well.
